Privacy Policy

Overview

FORGE V1 is an iPhone app that builds structured workouts around the user's goal, training style, body focus, duration, equipment, quick limits, and optional freeform constraints.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use this build to create a social profile, public community account, or advertising profile.

What FORGE stores on your device

  • Recent workout history saved locally on your device.
  • Onboarding preferences such as name, goal, experience level, and training days per week.
  • A stable app account token and short-lived session token stored in the iOS Keychain for subscription-backed access.

What FORGE sends to the backend

FORGE may send workout generation inputs to the backend only to create the workout you asked for.

  • Selected goal and workout role
  • Selected training style and body focus
  • Selected duration and available equipment
  • Selected quick limits such as low impact, knee friendly, no jumping, no running, shoulder friendly, or quiet
  • Optional freeform constraints typed by the user
  • Subscription validation information required to verify access
Do not type sensitive medical information into the freeform constraints field. Use it for training preferences, movement limits, class context, or equipment notes.

How backend services are used

FORGE may use server-side generation services to create workouts. The app does not include the generation provider API key inside the iOS build.

Backend systems may store subscription state, workout-generation allowances, transaction records, and related operational data required to validate purchases, enforce generation limits, and fulfill your request.

The backend is hosted behind Cloudflare. Cloudflare may automatically log IP address and coarse network location derived from the request, such as country, region, city, and approximate latitude/longitude, for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, debugging, and service reliability. FORGE does not use this information to track, profile, advertise to, or target users.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. FORGE receives transaction information needed to verify subscription access, trial eligibility, top-up purchases, and generation allowances.

What this build does not use

  • No HealthKit integration in this build.
  • No Apple Watch integration in this build.
  • No precise GPS location collection in this build.
  • No public social profile or community account.
  • No third-party ad tracking.
